All services are subject to the following conditions.

 

           Laundry - It is the customers responsibility to:

  • Separate all items into dark, mixed colour, light, and white laundry loads.
  • Ensure all items are suitable for our standard wash & dry cycle*.
  • Check all items for foreign objects or personal effects.
  • Check all care labels and inform the company of the following: 1) items that are new 2) Items that have not been washed previously. 3) Items that require special care. 4) Items that require separation. 5) Items not suitable for our standard wash cycle 6) Items that cannot be tumble dried.

*STANDARD WASH CYCLE - Mixed fabric, 40 degrees with bio detergent & standard conditioner, followed by tumble drying

           Ironing- It is the customers responsibility to:

  • Check all care labels and inform the company of the follow: 1) Items that are not suitable for high pressure steam ironing. 2) Items that require special care. 3) Any items that should be separated 4) Items that should not be ironed when ordering a full wash, dry and Iron service.

           Laundry, Drying & Ironing –The company will not take responsibility for or be liable for:

  • Any colour runs or cross contamination where the customer has failed to inform the company or follow any of the customer responsibilities listed within our terms.
  • Any colour runs or shrinkage where our standard wash and dry cycle or the cycle requested by the customer has been followed. 
  • General ware which may commonly occur when machine washing, tumble drying or steam ironing.
  • Shrinkage which may commonly occur when washing in warm water and/or tumble drying.
  • Shrinkage where the customer has failed to inform the company that an item needs separating or requires special treatment.
  • Loss of colour which may commonly occur when washing and/or steam ironing fabrics.
  • Checking individual care labels. (When the customer makes an order they are agreeing to our standard wash and dry cycle and must inform the company of any special requirements) 
  • Varying washing results when the customer has requested non bio or eco friendly detergent and/or eco friendly conditioner.

           The Company:

  • Reserve the right to refuse any service
  • Reserve the right to change the pricing of services at any time. Prices at the time of booking will always be honoured.
  • Provide no guarantee with the pick-up & return service. Time, driver and vehicle may be changed at any time.
  • Will do its upmost to remove stains but provides no guarantee of 100% stain removal.
  • Will only provide compensation in cases of proven loss, clear neglect, or non-compliance of customers instructions. Clear evidence of damage or loss must be proven by customer with evidence.
  • Maximum compensation per item will be limited to the following values- 75% under 3 months old. 50% 3-6 months old and 25% over 6 months old, (maximum amount per order of £50). Original receipt will be required for claims. (Any claim must be made within 48 hours of return)
  • Will not provide compensation for stolen or lost items left outside a property by the customer for collection. 
  • Will not provide compensation for stolen or lost items where the customer has instructed the company to leave their order outside their property or was not present at the return location when delivery was made.
